Admittedly, I’m not a Sleigh Bells fan. The first album felt like I was stuffed in a metal locker while screaming meth addicts beat on it with sledgehammers (ah, sweet high school memories). However, this, I like.
… it looks like they just canned their Lollapalooza appearance.
But if you’re that distraught over it, I’ll be glad to lock you in a metal dumpster and bang on it repeatedly with a sledgehammer while a tweaker screams at you.
It’s pretty much the same thing.

I’m digging on “Treats” just like the rest of the Interwebs. It’s a great symphony of noise and energy. However, the songs, while good, lack variation — I was already on track four before I realized that the second song ended. Also, this performance keeps making me think Ting Tings, which isn’t a good thing in terms of long-term enjoyment.
